Contact RinTrade

Send all enquiries to the email below with a clear subject line. See the guidance below on what to include.

Never send passwords, one-time codes, or payment details.

Response expectations

We review messages but do not promise a fixed response time for general enquiries. Privacy requests follow the time limits and verification rules of applicable law.

Report an error

We assess the evidence and correct supported material errors under our Editorial Policy. Disagreement alone does not change a conclusion.

  • The page URL and the exact wording or value you believe is wrong.
  • Why it is wrong, with the strongest supporting source you have.
  • If useful, a screenshot with enough context and a date.

Privacy requests

If identity verification is legally necessary, we will ask only for information proportionate to your request.

  • Explain your request: access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, or a question about optional affiliate identifiers.
  • Include only what we need to understand it. Do not attach identity documents, broker statements, or account credentials to your first message.

Accessibility feedback

These details help us reproduce the barrier.

  • The page URL, what you were trying to do, and what happened.
  • If you are comfortable sharing them, your device, browser, and assistive technology.

Business enquiries

Partnerships cannot purchase a favourable review, verified status, higher data-driven rank, or advance access to an unpublished conclusion. Commercial enquiries stay separate from editorial decisions.

  • Your organisation and a brief outline of the proposal.
  • A relevant website and a contact person.

What RinTrade cannot help with

We are not a broker support desk or dispute-resolution service. We cannot access accounts, approve verification, trace payments, release withdrawals, reverse trades, or give personal legal or financial advice.

For account or transaction problems, use the broker’s official support channel and, where appropriate, the regulator or dispute body for your legal entity and country.

Keep sensitive information private

Never send passwords, one-time codes, trading logins, full account or payment-card numbers, private keys, identity documents, bank statements, deposits, or remote-access invitations. RinTrade will never ask you to transfer money to investigate an editorial issue.
